    Any information submitted to RealEstateListing.com will only be used to list your property.  We will not sell your private information to any other entity. By using our services you agree that you will hold harmless against any and all claims,  realestatelisting.com, its officers, employees, or affiliates.  

Terms of Use

When signing up for exclusivity you read and accepted the following terms:

1. I understand and agree that my credit card will be charged a monthly or yearly exclusivity fee in the amount of my final purchase amount. I understand that my credit card will continue to be charged until I request that the service be discontinued by following the procedure described thus: 

A user may cancel by logging into the members section of realestatelisting.com and clicking the cancel service feature. This will end all future charges to your credit card and will terminate your exclusivity immediately. In no event will any money paid for services be refunded regardless of time used. I further understand that any attempt to make a charge back claim with a credit card issuer or merchant services provider will thereby make me financially responsible for any harm done to realestatelisting.com including charge back fees, and exposure to possible liability should the charge back cause an increase in charges for credit card processing. 

2. Membership and/or Consumer Lead Referrals participation may be canceled or terminated at any time in accordance with these guidelines. However, no portion of any outstanding Charges owed to Realestatelisting.com of any kind, including applicable subscription are refundable by Realestatelisting.com.  Without limiting any other remedies, Realestatelisting.com may issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate User Membership if, in Realestatelisting.com's sole discretion:

a) The User engages in any fraudulent activity in connection with the Realestatelisting.com web site, or Realestatelisting.com suspects such activity; or

b) Realestatelisting.com is unable to verify or authenticate any Information provided to us by the User; or

c) The User breaches these guidelines in any manner; or

d) It is necessary to protect Realestatelisting.com's interests.

3. MODIFICATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE

Realestatelisting.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue service or any portion thereof, or the offering of any information, good, content, product or service with or without notice to any User. Realestatelisting.com shall not be liable to any User or any third party should Realestatelisting.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue service. Except in the even that a refund is do for a time period of exclusivity that has already been paid in advance and is terminated by Realestatelisting.com and not the user in this one instance Realestatelisting.com will refund the remaining exclusivity on a pro-rated basis for the time remaining.
